When you have completed your order, select your country and state/region (city), and select one of the shipping options and click on proceed to checkout. Fill in your details, accept the terms and conditions, and click on continue. Please make sure to click on the PAYPAL link to make payment. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from PAYPAL and DEMCifilter SA that your order was paid. Unpaid orders will not be processed.
Orders will be shipped within 4 days of confirmed payment. If this is not possible for any reason, we will let you know. Tracking information on any of the shipping options will be sent by e-mail within 24hrs of your order being shipped.
1. Post Office:
It takes approximately 10 days from shipping of the order to reach you but please allow up to 90 working days as delivery times may vary depending on the Postal Service and Customs' processing time.
Your parcel will be delivered to your door within 2-5 working days, depending on the destination country.
This option is safer and faster than the Post Office, and is highly recommended. Import duties and taxes may apply.
If you choose FedEx as the shipping option, this will take approximately 5 days from time of shipping to you.

If you have not heard from us in about 5 days after payment is made, please contact us from a different e-mail address as we sometimes get " Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" messages when replying to some e-mail addresses. Depending on your mail server's settings this message might be seen by your server as spam or junkmail.
Depending on the shipping option that you selected when placing your order, please click on the appropriate link below and enter the tracking number that we sent to you after your order was shipped.
If you have not heard from us in 4 working days after your order was placed please contact us at email@example.com with your order reference number so we can follow it up and give you feedback on the progress of your order.
